This special hamburger is serving from May 3rd to July 3rd!! Mangalica Pork is sourced from Heritage Frams, and formed into a patty. The pork is rich and has intense flavour with garlic ginger and onion. It goes surprisingly well with a crispy pancetta and a bit sweet and sour apple slaw pickled fennel. @beefandliberty is always searching for the best ingredients but at the same time focuses on its sustainability.
